Zadok has store front shops in addition to this Web-Site. We do our best to make sure to have the offered products in stock. Nevertheless, it may happen that due to a sudden request it has all been sold out. Perhaps it’s a unique item which requires a hand made special production or it is no longer on production line. We do our best to remove information and photos of products that are no longer manufactured. In case you ordered such a product, we’ll contact you and suggest some other possible options:

A. You may decide to hold off with the order until the missing item is available.
B. Pay and receive the available products now and to pay at a later date for the re-stocked item when it’s available and have it shipped out by itself.
C. Receive a refund for the missing item or for the entire order.

To ensure customer satisfaction we do accept product returns within 14 business days. Returned orders must be sealed in their original packaging. The returned product must be mailed back via registered mail. We will check the item to verify that it’s in its original packaging and that it is in the same condition as when we shipped it. Only then will the customer get their money returned, minus the 10% return fee and the shipping and handling fee.
There can be no return of products that have been either specially ordered and/or specifically manufactured according to a client’s request and consent.
A customer that received a product that doesn’t match the description of the ordered product, must notify us within 48 hours upon receiving the product, once we confirm such notification, we then receive the returned product, check it and verify our mistake, then the customer will get a 100% refund – we take full responsibility when we’re in the wrong.
Returned products must be mailed to us by registered mail, packed the same way that we packed and shipped it. It will be considered to be returned once we sign the registered note.
Please note that our selling term is ex-factory.
A returned product is under your responsibility until it’s been checked and the claim has been confirmed by us.
