Orders, Shipping and Returns

Shipments are sent by registered mail in Israel and registered air-mail outside of Israel. Shipments may be shipped up to 14 business days.
In case of extenuating circumstances, kindly contact us, and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request.

Payments

Payments will be accepted through Pay Pal. All currencies which appear in the web-site are acceptable.

Products in Stock

Zadok has store front shops in addition to this Web-Site. We do our best to make sure to have the offered products in stock. Nevertheless, it may happen that due to a sudden request it has all been sold out. Perhaps it’s a unique item which requires a hand made special production or it is no longer on production line. We do our best to remove information and photos of products that are no longer manufactured. In case you ordered such a product, we’ll contact you and suggest some other possible options:
We’ll let you know when the item will be back in stock,

A. You may decide to hold off with the order until the missing item is available.
B. Pay and receive the available products now and to pay at a later date for the re-stocked item when it’s available and have it shipped out by itself.
C. Receive a refund for the missing item or for the entire order.

Returns

The Zadok family has loyally served our customers for over 50 years.
To ensure customer satisfaction we do accept product returns within 14 business days. Returned orders must be sealed in their original packaging. The returned product must be mailed back via registered mail. We will check the item to verify that it’s in its original packaging and that it is in the same condition as when we shipped it. Only then will the customer get their money returned, minus the 10% return fee and the shipping and handling fee.

There can be no return of products that have been either specially ordered and/or specifically manufactured according to a client’s request and consent.

A customer that received a product that doesn’t match the description of the ordered product, must notify us within 48 hours upon receiving the product, once we confirm such notification, we then receive the returned product, check it and verify our mistake, then the customer will get a 100% refund – we take full responsibility when we’re in the wrong.

Returned products must be mailed to us by registered mail, packed the same way that we packed and shipped it. It will be considered to be returned once we sign the registered note.

Please note that our selling term is ex-factory.
A returned product is under your responsibility until it’s been checked and the claim has been confirmed by us.

Processing Your Order

After placing an order, you’ll get an e-mail confirmation to your order request within an hour. This e-mail confirmation does not oblige us to ship your order.

First, we make sure to have the products that you’ve ordered in stock and then confirm the transaction fee. Once this is finished, you’ll receive an additional e-mail message to confirm when we will ship your order.
If such an e-mail doesn’t reach you within 3 days, kindly contact us.

We have the right to change products’ fee without prior notification, due to rise of production costs or the like.
The fees written in the Web-Site while you placed your order are the fees you’ll be charged accordingly.

We are obliged to supply products only if:
- we have it in stock,
the client’s details have been entered correctly and are legitimate -
-and that we’ve received payment in full.

The ordering client is obligated to supply us with legitimate and accurate information and details. Any orders that will be returned due to incorrect address or details due to the client’s mistake will be charged to the client.

Israel’s Mail Company is the carrier used to send registered mail and confirmation receipts.

Our shipping responsibility is an Ex-Factory term.
There can be no double special offers to a single product.
You may use one special-offer coupon per order.

Money refund – under no circumstance will a money refund be higher than the sum we received, even if it was due to our mistake.

In case of disagreement, the final authority to use is the Jerusalem Judicial District.
